It does not matter if you have all the skills what matters is that you can showcase and present in front of others 🙌🏻

To improve communication as a developer, remember these top three points: 1) Use clear, jargon-free language to make technical concepts accessible to all audience levels.
2) Practice empathy by considering others’ viewpoints and challenges, enhancing mutual understanding.
3) Engage in active listening, fully understanding others’ inputs before responding, fostering effective collaboration and problem-solving.
Then, Practise.
This includes participating in team meetings with a focus on articulating ideas clearly, writing concise and understandable documentation or emails, and seeking feedback on your communication style. Actively seeking opportunities for public speaking, such as presentations or workshops, can also significantly improve your ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
