you dont need to “get a job” you can create your own one-man “company” and get clients, dont depend on anyone.

“Be a problem solver, not just a coder”
I hired a couple of freelancers for a start-up biz I’ve been doing for a few years now and I cannot stress this phrase enough!
It’s sad to see how little (to no) passion many developers have who apply to the jobs we offer. It seems like they just want to shortcut right away to the easy solution without actually trying to understand the customer’s business / problem.
And in fact, IF they were actually showing genuine interest in our business (financial app for trading) we would’ve been happily granting additional bonuses and offered so many more jobs!
Seems, it’s not surprising that it’s frustratingly hard to find developers with the spirit of being a problem solver rather than just a coder for the quick money.

Consistency is a fundamental element of success, whether in programming, life, or job searching. It’s essential to remain calm and believe in your worth. Consistently applying for jobs, refining your skills, and networking will eventually lead to the right opportunity. Patience and perseverance are key; with time, your efforts will pay off, and the right job will come your way.
