Just some addition from my experience, I usually navigate between files in workspace with <code>Ctrl + E</code> instead <code>Ctrl + P</code>, and <code>Ctrl + R</code> to navigate to different project folder. Use <code>Alt + 1...9</code> to navigate between tabs
Sometimes, I use <code>Ctrl + D</code> when I want to select multiple occurrence of a selected words
And sometimes I use <a href="https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=yatki.vscode-surround" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Surround</a> to easily surround my code with for example try catch, for loop etc
