<p>I agree with almost all of this except the bit about how burnout happens if you aren’t attached to the mission. In my experience it’s the opposite. I go to work, I am 100% committed and perform my very best but not emotionally invested nor part of the mission. That means at the end of the day I can enjoy my personal life and actually sleep at night.</p>
