Thanks for this advise, I have now re-written my Angular project I replaced Typescript with Java. We use to have about 20 components, but now I combined them into 1 file, which is called <code>all.components.java </code>. I also decided to create other components with React and Vue, so that I will be able to hire React or Vue developers in the future. I also removed Git, everyone is now required to email source code as a zip file. I also banned any IDE, they are bloat , notepad or gedit are fine. I also stopped using stackoverflow and youtube, Java documentation is there for a reason. I hope everyone can learn from my this article.

After doing this you will become replaceable not irreplaceable…
In companies you work as a team not alone so keep in mind always write well organized code and split your code into multiple files if required.
