Absolutely!
Here’s the thing though, people won’t/can’t do this because it’s hard. It’s hard because software engineering/dev is hard and requires above average engineering IQ.
It’s wild that “building things from scratch” is the bar for “expertise” now , when it used to be the bar for entry.
Spoiler alert !! : AI is turning it back into the bar for entry. Actually, it already has, it’s just that the cottage industry of bootcamps and tutorial-demigods aren’t gonna tell you that. They want the 2010-2020 golden days when prerequisites were “introvert, looking for new career path.” to stay around forever.
Honest title: “How to become an expert if you already have a competitive aptitude for the cognitive abilities required”
It’s time to start doing the ethical thing and begin disqualifying people who aren’t a fit for this before they waste a lot of time and $.
