That was a simplistic article to me. Most of the things mentioned are considered to be basic knowledge, like using prettier and intellisense. And using an addon like Peacock will def. not make you a 10x developer. I believe there are better ways, I would also argue that the wish becoming a 10x developers comes from people already in the industry and not from total beginners.
