People are slowly coming to the same realization across the industry. Feature wise releases, small teams handling e2e feature development, time budgets (article says no deadline, which is fine for some projects), loosely coupled architecture to ensure parallel development.

I do agree the problems stated here are the challenges faced by all.
But the solutions offered seemed to be too reliant on developers.
Now being a dev myself, I’d love this approach. But when tasked with practicality, I’m not sure how managers would function sans deadlines.
