I prefer Claude over GPT but the sentiment stands… LLMs are great for this type of work. I’m not too hyped over them being literally used for everything but helping with writing is definitely what they’re strongest at.
I take it one step further actually (or is it less? haha), I don’t ask it to condense the email or reply at all past the initial response. I do that myself. I don’t want to lose the human touch, so once it’s given me the reply I take that and rewrite it in my own words. I don’t want to end up in a world where it’s LLMs talking to each other :) I just need it to provide that first step for me to work off of, like a first draft, but I want the final product to be mine.

This is a very good selection of &quot;how-to&quot;s in a few hard situations. I saved it for further reference. Also, it makes a good scenario, if one is about to teach colleagues how to use ChatGPT (these are good examples of usage and show how useful it is).
