How I Tricked My Brain to Be Addicted to Coding (The Dopamine Hack)

I’m trying to trick my brain to code less and to read about programming less.

I guess this is why most of us have installed the daily.dev extension in the first place…
So at least our distractions are code-related :D

I needed this. I was getting easily distracted while coding and jump into gaming and social media.
This is definitely a solution I will adopt.

When I started programming(again), I just naturally grew after each project, it was in HTML, CSS and JavaScript btw😅
It later turned into a habit which was an addiction but later got burnt out due to finishing multiple projects in less than 2 weeks😅 so I took a break for less than a day because I was always drawn to it and the part where he said programming makes you lose track of time is basically me when I open my IDE 😅

I never need trick to do so. I can live without phone but not without code hahahaha. I make out time for code every day or read codes though sometimes only for 30min.
