I use custom instructions to tell it how it should behave, then use it’s memory to save “hotkeys, or macros” like /w = perform online search , /wsm perform github/reddit search, /cc = give me a 5 minute crash course on x subject. Then I combine them like /w x , /cc x and /list + /doc. I’m pretty sure something like this can be implemnted with this management system as well.

Rather than training it in such a way I would rather go for Trello Boards or Todo List apps based on my preferences .
Especially in Todoist , its very easy to add , remove and edits tasks there and also gives you a progress tracking report at the end of the week. We can priority Tasks ,Do Group Projects … many more.
What my moto is , do try third party apps instead like Atlassian Board , Notion , Todoist or even Microsoft Todo is simpler but effective. They are personally structured to meet your needs.
