Good developers and engineers avoid your company because of it. Of course, you do not want good developers and engineers in the first place if you have this mindset.
You want people who want to make a lot of money by learning how to cheat the system and give the illusion that work has been done. Change the button color, some new color palette, move the button, left, later right, later left again, repeat.
Any good developer could play the game, but over time get bored as hell and leave you.
A good developer is able to think long term. You avoid failing projects because it looks bad on your resume. This mindset is bad for your resume because you worked at a failing company. It is also bad for your resume because there is nothing special you did that is worth hiring over the other 1000 people who also applied for that job.
This is not the company you want to be in.
