How Do You Know If You’re a Good Leader?

Good compared to who? Are there absolute measurements?
I assume if you ask Kim Jong Un (north Korea dictator) this, he will say he is the best leader, and if then you made a survey of his citizens they will all say absolutely he is amazing, where in reality we all know the truth (looking from the outside).
I think it is impossible to know if you yourself is a good “leader” and the opinions of those below you, on you, might be skewed in so many ways, it is just impossible to know this for yourself. even if you think you see great results due to your leadership, this is simply your opinion, and there might have been much better results if 100 other people were in charge. who knows.

Leader, to be a real leader, needs autonomy and responsibility. In practice, they dont have autonomy as violating status quo in any company is forbidden. And they dont have responsibility, as nobody cares if you have real impact or not. The best strategy is to evade responsibility for fuckups, and create artificial success on charts.
Am I too earthy ?
