Companies are making a strategic mistake by exclusively hiring senior engineers, which creates unsustainable team dynamics and limits organizational growth. The practice overlooks the value that junior engineers bring to teams and creates knowledge gaps that can harm long-term company health.

I highly disagree. ideally only the best should be hired, and since there is a lot of demand for “the best”, companies which wish to expand their RND must lower their standards more and more in order to fill rules (I am excluding budget constraints).
Obviously every business type wants the best possible people which eventually translates into improved revenue for obvious reasons I won’t get into.
The percentage of seniors/non-seniors hires fluctuates greatly.
I’ve been working in tech for over 20 years and have witnessed these cycles.
I have also witnessed the bad code, slow pace of non-senior workers.
I am uncertain of junior developers are more loyal to their workplace (than seniors).
There is a risk in hiring juniors - you cannot really know if they will ever become good, and how fast it will happen. It’s a cat in a box.

I could make countless points about why I disagree, but I won’t because im lazy.
The phrase “Follow the money” works well here because if all the companies are only hiring senior devs, it means the pros out weights the cons. They will have already considered at least once every point you make here and then decided to hire senior devs anyway. Also, the “<a href="http://changelog.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">changelog.com</a>” blog view layout is disgusting and hope never to see it again
