While it’s generally a nice post, it lacks some of the never features. Like native lazyloading (loading=“lazy”) and that all major browsers support WebP.

This is a goldmine of info for front end devs. I have so much to refactor now with this in mind.

Nice information, but feels a bit outdate. Native lazyloading is great, there are some new image formats which are really nice (like webp), for lots of graphics maybe SVGs sould be the solution…
