Help! Copilot is eating my Fabric capacity.

Copilot can consume significant Microsoft Fabric capacity units (CU). The Fabric Metrics dashboard helps identify high-consumption items. To reduce usage, disable Copilot completions at the data warehouse level through query settings, or disable it entirely at the tenant level. Understanding CU consumption is similar to tracking electricity usage in kilowatt-hours.
