This framework was inspired by US President Dwight Eisenhower, when he said: “I have two kinds of problems, the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent.”
I’ve been experimenting over the last few weeks by framing all of my activities in the context of urgency and importance. I try to block out time for the Quadrant 2 “Important but not urgent” things.
It honestly has been super helpful for me. I’ve realized that I am constantly bombarded by urgent things that might not even necessarily be important. It has overall helped me to spend more time coding.

Not yet! But I’m planning to.
Although this matrix is helpful it will only take effect if put our activities in the appropriate quadrant right.

I have tried to use it many times via Digital app installation and in the physical medium in professional work.
However, due to the work it never worked for me. As upper level managers have different plan and priority for me so my priorities didn’t worked :D
