hashicorp/terraform-cdk: Define infrastructure resources using programming constructs and provision them using HashiCorp Terraform

HashiCorp announces the sunset of Terraform CDK (CDKTF) on December 10, 2025, due to lack of product-market fit. The project will be archived on GitHub as read-only, with no further updates or compatibility fixes. Users can migrate to standard Terraform HCL using the `cdktf synth --hcl` command to generate compatible configuration files, or migrate to AWS CDK if tightly integrated with AWS services. The code remains available under Mozilla Public License for community forks.
