Govee’s multicolor ceiling light doubles as a low-res screen

Govee has launched the Ceiling Light Ultra, a 21-inch smart ceiling light priced at $249.99. It features 616 independently controlled LEDs that can display custom images and color effects, functioning as a low-resolution screen softened by a diffuser. It outputs 5,000 lumens, supports color temperatures from 2,700 to 6,500K, and includes 100 preset lighting effects with music reactivity. The light is compatible with Matter, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Samsung SmartThings, and includes a new DaySync feature that adjusts brightness and color temperature to match circadian rhythms and local sunrise/sunset times.
