Google has announced a 'Create My Widget' feature for Android that lets users create custom home screen widgets using natural language prompts. Powered by Gemini, the feature can pull data from the web and Google apps like Gmail and Calendar to build personalized dashboards. Users can describe what they want — such as a cycling weather widget showing only wind speed and rain — and Gemini generates it. The feature will launch first on Samsung Galaxy and Pixel phones this summer, alongside Gemini Intelligence which also brings advanced autofill and AI-powered voice dictation for Gboard.
