Google has completed its $32 billion all-cash acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity firm Wiz, marking the largest acquisition in Google's history. Wiz, which provides a cloud security platform covering multiple cloud environments, will join Google Cloud while retaining its brand and multi-cloud commitment. The deal closed a year after it was announced in March 2025, following an earlier failed attempt in 2024 when Google offered $23 billion and Wiz walked away.
