Google Play is the best application distribution platform of all time, but it fails in something very important, such as customer service for developers. When you have a problem with an application, the support team send you an email saying what the problem is, you correct it, you send an update and they review it. However, on other occasions the application is removed and in this case it is when the problem gets worse for the developer.

If what the author says is true, the treatment from Google is unacceptable. However, I went a bit further to check on the author and his company and I can understand why he was probably banned from the store… His website looks like the typical scam who targets desperate people.

Very very relatable when it comes down to the support system mails of Google.
I recently went through a series of frustration over my Google Cloud account being suspended without any prior notice and saying that I have violated some terms and agreements…
I mean it was for my personal project so why would I do anything fishy so that my account gets suspended (immediately) and then I won’t be able to move ahead building the application?

These statements relates so much. There is just no clear reason or detailed explanation they give before shutting doing someone’s idea in one go…
I had to spend 3 weeks extra just so that I could get my account back but at the end there was no luck. Finally, I had to cancel the idea/feature that used Google Cloud and settle.

One of my extensions was removed from the Chrome webstore without any notice. They don’t even say what went wrong.
This is a very difficult situation to be in and I hope this gets rectified soon.
