I too switched from dvorak to qwerty few months ago, but I still have confidence which key is at what position so sometimes I press key according to dvorak instead of qwerty. And I think there is no significant difference in Speed in terms of dvorak vs. qwerty. Because at many occasions I use someone’s computer and I let them use my (specially my wife) , they find it very irritating to switch keyboard layout back to qwerty whenever they want to use it. And I have to add dvorak layout in someone’s computer if I want to use it.
