-- The claude code to Figma plugin just released. It's confusing some designers because they want the opposite. Well, the opposite has already existed for awhile. I'm going to show you the full loop of generating a design with claude, bringing it into figma, udpating it in figma, and then bringing those updates back to the browser. Is it perfect? Not quite.

A walkthrough of a bidirectional workflow between Claude Code and Figma using the Figma Claude plugin. The process involves generating a UI design (e.g., a SaaS landing page hero section) in Claude Code, sending it to Figma via the `/figma` command, making visual adjustments in Figma, then using `/implement design` with a copied Figma link to sync changes back to code. The demo reveals current limitations: gradient text doesn't translate well, some colors are missed unless defined as Figma variables, and not all design elements transfer accurately. Additional commands for design system rules and token mapping are mentioned but not fully explored.
