GnuPG 2.5.19 has been released by Werner Koch, bringing new options and bug fixes. Key highlights include improved 64-bit Windows support and the introduction of Kyber (ML-KEM / FIPS-203) as a post-quantum cryptography (PQC) encryption algorithm.
