GNOME Sushi, the spacebar-triggered file preview tool for Nautilus (similar to macOS Quick Look), stopped working in Ubuntu 26.04 LTS due to a missing extension incompatible with Nautilus 50. A fix has been rebuilt for Nautilus 50 and is currently in Ubuntu's proposed channel, expected to land in the standard update channel soon. Users can install it via apt or receive it as a regular system update.
