I tried GNOME OS yesterday. Amusing experience. The only preinstalled browser is Epiphany, which is one of the few absolutely unable to integrate with Gnome shell, thus unable to install/manage Gnome shell extensions.
I repeat: Gnome browser can’t integrate with Gnome to let you install Gnome Extensions.
But at least they are diverse and inclusive.
