GitLab Dedicated for Government now GovRAMP-authorized

GitLab Dedicated for Government has achieved GovRAMP Authorization, enabling state and local government agencies to adopt a compliant, single-tenant SaaS DevSecOps platform. The solution offers physical tenant isolation, U.S.-based data residency, private networking, and native security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secret detection). It also includes GitLab Duo AI capabilities within the compliance boundary, with agentic AI features planned later in the year. The authorization removes a key procurement barrier as 32 states have adopted GovRAMP and many are moving toward mandatory compliance.
