Key highlights include group-level custom review instructions for GitLab Duo, GitLab Secrets Manager moving to open beta, SBOM-based dependency scanning now generally available for Maven/Gradle/Python, and GitLab Duo Core shifting to usage-based billing with GitLab Credits.
