Starting June 1, 2026, GitHub Copilot code review will consume GitHub Actions minutes in addition to AI Credits under the new usage-based billing model. This affects private repositories across all Copilot plans (Pro, Pro+, Business, Enterprise). Public repositories remain unaffected. Teams are advised to review their current Actions usage, set appropriate budgets, and inform billing administrators ahead of the change.
