GitHub has launched a public preview of the Repository Enablement API for GitHub Code Quality, introducing two new REST endpoints. The PATCH endpoint allows programmatic enabling/disabling of Code Quality default setup, language configuration, and runner type selection. The GET endpoint retrieves the current configuration including state, languages, runner type, and analysis schedule. Supported languages are C#, Go, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Ruby. The feature is available on github.com only and not yet on Enterprise Server.
