reBot-DevArm is a fully open-source robotic arm project by Seeed Studio aimed at lowering the barrier to Embodied AI development. It comes in two versions (Damiao and Robstride motors) and open-sources everything: hardware blueprints, BOM lists, 3D printable parts, and software. The software stack supports ROS1/ROS2, Python SDK, Hugging Face LeRobot, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, and Pinocchio for kinematics. Kits are available for purchase ranging from individual components to fully pre-assembled arms. The project is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 with commercial use requiring contact with Seeed Studio.
