Open-source hackathon badges designed for the Overglade game jam in Singapore. The badges are zero-power devices built around the RP2040 microcontroller, featuring passive NFC and an e-ink display driver that requires no battery. The 2-layer PCB design includes 20 GPIO header pins, 4MB flash, and custom copper art. Setup involves flashing MicroPython via USB-C and uploading firmware through Thonny. PCBs can be manufactured via JLCPCB for under $5/board in bulk, with all production files (gerbers, BOM, CPL) provided in the repository.
