Godogen is an open-source tool that uses Claude Code skills to automatically generate complete Godot 4 game projects from a text description. An AI pipeline handles architecture planning, 2D/3D asset generation (via Gemini and Tripo3D), GDScript code writing, and visual QA by capturing screenshots from the running engine. Two Claude Code skills orchestrate the process — one plans, one executes — each in a fresh context. It includes a custom GDScript language reference to compensate for LLMs' limited training data on the language. Runs on commodity hardware or cloud VMs, with Claude Opus 4.6 recommended for best results.
