GIMP 3.2.4 released with fresh set of bug fixes

GIMP 3.2.4 has been released as a maintenance update for the 3.2.x stable series. Key bug fixes include layer workflow improvements (restricting certain actions to raster layers only), a fix for incorrect layer naming when opening XCF files as layers, smarter Text tool keyboard shortcut handling, improved Select by Colour tool in intersect mode, and minor import handling improvements for PNG, PSD, JIF, PVR, ORA, and PDF formats. A new Windows WIA scanner plugin replaces the deprecated TWAIN plugin, and Lao language translations have been added. Development is now shifting to GIMP 3.4.x on the master branch, with 3.3.x development builds coming for testing.
