What does Ghostty offer over Kitty? Granted, I haven’t done much research on Ghostty, but it doesn’t seem to do anything different/better than Kitty.

tried it, unfortunatelly had to give it up because of cumbersome shortcuts configuration, which I never got to work. :(
I am talking basic shortcuts like changing the terminal tab, as it can’t be done using the mouse.
