Pulumi Service Provider v1.0 generates its pulumiservice:api/* surface from Pulumi Cloud's OpenAPI spec at runtime, so new features land without provider PRs.

Pulumi

Pulumi Service Provider v1.0 is now available, with its pulumiservice:api/* resource surface generated directly from Pulumi Cloud's OpenAPI specification at build time. This means new Pulumi Cloud features land in the provider the same release they ship, without requiring manual provider PRs. The release adds fine-grained RBAC as code (custom roles, team assignments), Pulumi IDP catalog management as code, and audit-log export configuration as IaC. The provider embeds the OpenAPI spec at build time for deterministic behavior, with a companion metadata file capturing Pulumi-specific semantics. Existing pulumiservice:index:* resources remain supported and are not deprecated; migration to api/* is opt-in. The api/* surface is currently in preview.
