Gen Z needs a knowledge base (and so do you)

Gen Z developers are increasingly relying on AI tools for knowledge discovery but struggling with long-term knowledge retention, a problem compounded by cognitive offloading. The post argues that building and maintaining a personal or organizational knowledge base — through active notetaking, reviewing, and documenting in your own words — is the antidote.
