Chromium team is experimenting with a new type of query, which is called State Query. Last year, size container queries got supported in all major browsers. Adding on that, we now have Style queries, which let us query a container. This is still in Chrome Canary only for now.

Wondering why it’s implemented as <code>@container</code> syntax. Why not use of <code>:has(state(stuck: top))</code> combining this with nesting will improve code colocation.

Very useful, and even though I love Tailwind, I still love writing CSS.
