Omni natively integrates with Semantic Views, automatically importing field and metric definitions into its own semantic model. Users can query via SQL, point-and-click, natural language, or Excel functions — all using the same underlying definitions. Uniquely, Omni can also generate or update Semantic Views via API/SDK, enabling a bi-directional workflow where BI teams prototype metrics and push them back to Snowflake. The roadmap includes native git integration and expanded AI context sync.
