Toradex and Qt have updated the Torizon VS Code template to support both Qt Open Source and Qt Enterprise in a single unified workflow. Developers can now enter Qt Enterprise credentials via a secure VS Code secrets flow, which are then passed as Docker build secrets so they never persist in image layers. The template automatically selects the correct Qt packages at build time. A new Qt QML demo is available in the Torizon Demo Gallery for one-click deployment to supported hardware, enabling quick evaluation of GPU acceleration and UI behavior. Torizon also provides OTA updates via Uptane, SBOM generation, and VEX reports to help meet Cyber Resilience Act requirements.
