<p>I’m getting Tor vibes here and looking at how Tor ended up (dark web basically), it’s not something I would like to consider. Too much anonymity, as well as too much surveillance, is harmful (as is any other extreme). A solution already exists and we just need to start using it. The Fediverse is enough to decentralize the web and yank it out of the hands of “big tech”. And we don’t need another layer on top to do so.</p>
