Former Halo Infinite art director Glenn Israel has publicly accused Halo Studios (formerly 343 Industries) and Microsoft of covering up workplace harassment, blacklisting, and fraud. Israel, a 17-year Halo veteran, claims he filed formal HR complaints in June 2025 that were ignored, followed by a four-day harassment campaign to manufacture grounds for his termination. His role was later declared redundant in October 2025. His LinkedIn posts prompted other former employees to share similar accounts of bullying and retaliation by studio leadership. Microsoft declined to comment on individual employee matters. These allegations follow earlier 2023 mismanagement accusations tied to Halo Infinite's underperformance and a 10,000-person Microsoft layoff.
