Ford has launched Ford Pro AI, a free AI assistant for its commercial fleet customers (Pro telematics subscribers) in the U.S. Built on Google Cloud with multiple AI agents, it analyzes millions of data points to provide fleet managers with insights on fuel consumption, seatbelt usage, vehicle health, idle times, speeding, and acceleration events. Ford emphasizes it goes beyond a chatbot by using each customer's internal fleet data to reduce AI hallucinations. The tool debuted at Work Truck Week and complements a separate consumer AI assistant announced at CES 2026. Ford Pro generated $66.3B in revenue and $6.8B net income in 2025, with paid software subscriptions growing 30%.
