A developer internationalized a Java patterns reference site (java.evolved) into 8 languages in a single night using Claude Sonnet and fleets of GitHub Copilot Coding Agents. The key was a spec-first approach: an AI agent drafted the i18n architecture (partial translation files, graceful fallback, locale registry), which was then implemented as infrastructure. Six language agents then ran in parallel via the Copilot CLI /delegate command, each producing 112 content YAML files and a UI strings file, all within 12 minutes. The Arabic agent proactively added RTL support without being asked. The only human-filed bug was a CSS RTL issue affecting code blocks, fixed by an agent in 13 minutes. Total: 896 translation files, 1,008 generated HTML pages, ~7 hours from spec merge to deployment.
