Great article. When I look around youtube, many people say we need to catch up with the trends and keep studying hard as trends keep changing. In reality, while you’re working, you likely get used to tasks that you are doing and they are not necessarily trends. I was frustrated because there were so many things coming out every day. Now, what I’m thinking is that we don’t need to catch up with everything. Resilience and consistency are the keys to keep doing things, not only for work. Regarding the relationship with coworkers, I think it’s important in any occupation. A developer is one of the jobs so, it’s the same way as any jobs.
