it’s a shame it’s astronomically bad, nowhere near production ready, not sure what they were thinking.

It’s not ready yet. Not even close to usable.

I created a plantify clone in 10 minutes, and later a chatbot that could answer questions based on documents stored in firestore.
This worked really well! (had to do some custom coding).
Anything more complex I tried failed.
I think it’s really good at creating some custom LLM.
I also saw a video of someone connecting the paid gemini model making it work much better.
Still ridiculous they’re using next.js and not angular, imagine microsoft creating something like this and host it on azure or something.

Well I like the design for the site 😂 but yeah I haven’t heard good things about it 😕
Still may give it a test run and see for myself what it can come up with 👌🏻
But still I mean you can just use Windsurf or Cursor to spin up a Firebase app, so it’s not breakthrough anyways.
