Filters in Semantic Kernel

Semantic Kernel introduces new improvements to Filters, resolving limitations of the current version. The new version supports asynchronous methods, exception handling, and shared state. Function Invocation, Prompt Render, and Auto Function Invocation Filters provide more control and observability over function execution.
