Using Google Cloud infrastructure including Cloud Run with L4 GPUs, Compute Engine, and the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, they developed custom deep learning, computer vision, and 3D mesh analysis models for defect detection in intraoral scans. Their QC AI agent automates quality control workflows, potentially saving manufacturers $300 per aligner remake. Their first customer, Orthero, signed in December 2025 after the product launched in October. The company plans to develop five distinct AI agents by 2029 covering the full dental appliance workflow, from patient scan to manufacturing.
