German biotech startup Ovo Labs has developed three therapeutic treatments aimed at reducing genetic errors in human eggs, potentially boosting IVF success rates. The company, founded by leading fertility experts, has shown success in improving egg quality in old mice and isolated human eggs. It recently secured €4.6 million in funding to further its research and aims to integrate its technology into standard IVF practices pending regulatory approval.
